Utah Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

Providing triage support remotely, the full-time Utah Licensed Triage Nurse will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, assess health needs, and offer recommendations while ensuring a superior customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Provide education, referrals, and direct patients to appropriate levels of care based on assessments
• Document all interactions accurately while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Five years of clinical experience in direct patient care
• Ability to obtain a BSN within three years of hire or promotion
• Strong background in emergency nursing, telephone triage, or primary care
