Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Triage Call Agent for its Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, education, and guidance to patients via phone, email, or text
• Receive, triage, and respond to incoming calls from patients and family members
• Conduct outbound calls for patients recently discharged from healthcare facilities

Required Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Five years of clinical experience
• RNs must have or obtain a BSN within three years of hire or promotion
• Experience in triage clinical area is preferred
