Utah Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Triage Call Agent for a remote Patient Service Center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, education, and guidance to patients via phone, email, or text
• Receive, triage, and respond to incoming calls from patients and family members
• Conduct outbound calls for patients recently discharged from healthcare facilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current RN Licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Five years of clinical experience in nursing
• RNs must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or promotion
• Experience in triage and patient education is preferred
