Utah Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

Providing triage support remotely, the full-time Utah Licensed Triage Nurse will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, offering consultation, education, and guidance related to health needs and ensuring a superior customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Assess patient needs and provide recommendations or referrals to appropriate care levels
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate patient records according to protocols

Required qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Five years of clinical experience in nursing
• Ability to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within three years of hire
• Strong background in emergency nursing, telephone triage, or primary care nursing
