Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory Triage Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Canyons Medical Group Primary Care clinics, balancing triage nursing and administrative duties
• Collaborate with Service Line or Market Leaders to implement and track system-wide care standards
• Promote a culture of patient and employee safety, quality care, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Active Nursing Licensure in the state of practice
• Two years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care clinic
• Five years of progressive experience in the healthcare system or ambulatory care setting
