Utah Licensed VP of Appraisal Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote VP of Appraisal Management to lead the national appraisal desk function and oversee appraisal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national appraisal desk and manage a team of five
• Own appraisal ordering, tracking, pipeline management, and timely issue resolution
• Manage appraisal vendors and appraiser panels, including performance management and service level expectations

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience in mortgage appraisal management (lender-side preferred)
• Experience running an appraisal desk operation and managing vendor performance at scale
• Strong understanding of appraisal compliance and quality concepts
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance using metrics and process discipline
• Ability to work in Salt Lake City, Utah, with remote consideration for the right candidate
