Utah Patient Account Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate I Payment Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments to patient accounts and balance payments to deposits
• Research and validate payment postings, making necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other teams and meet department productivity and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of six (6) months of revenue cycle experience or one (1) year of cash handling experience required
• Preferred at least one (1) year of revenue cycle experience
• Vocational training/education in medical billing or medical records is preferred
