Utah Retirement Analyst

Job Summary

To support retirement operations, the full-time remote Utah Retirement Analyst will assist caregivers, participants, and retirees with processing retirement transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing expert guidance on various retirement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage retirement transactions, ensuring compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
• Act as a subject matter expert on defined benefit and contribution plans, providing support to leadership and participants
• Coordinate with various departments and external parties to resolve issues and ensure accurate data management related to retirement benefits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in Retirement Plans Administration or employee benefits
• Knowledge of regulations affecting retirement benefits plan administration
• Superior computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
