Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including planning, human resource management, and compliance with regulations
• Evaluate service needs and adjust staffing levels to maintain effective claim volume management
• Partner with department leadership to drive quality and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Five (5) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Claims, billing, and insurance follow-up
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience
