Utilities Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Utilities Business Systems Analyst in a temporary remote role, the candidate will gather and analyze requirements, improve workflows, and support system alignment for a utility client, leveraging expertise in Customer Service Systems and utility billing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and facilitate business review and approval
- Analyze workflows collaboratively to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, particularly with Customer Service Systems (CSS)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated experience within the utilities industry
- Strong understanding of CSS and billing processes
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies
