Utilities Civil Project Manager

Job Summary

The fully remote Utilities Civil Project Manager will manage customer-driven infrastructure projects from proposal through design and construction coordination, serving as the primary contact for civil and site-related scope while ensuring compliant project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer requests for civil scope related to new or modified electrical service installations and coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Review civil construction drawings and site plans, evaluate site conditions, and support the coordination of field activities with engineering and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with utility standards and municipal requirements, track project status, and coordinate final inspections for project completion

Required qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, utility infrastructure, engineering coordination, or project management
• Strong understanding of site development and construction coordination
• Familiarity with electric utility infrastructure projects is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
