Job Summary
Acting as a subject matter expert in power and dry utilities, the full-time Utilities Infrastructure Due Diligence Manager will lead utility due diligence for site development projects, evaluate infrastructure availability, and coordinate with stakeholders, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead utility and dry utility due diligence for new and existing sites, assessing power routing and service feasibility
- Oversee coordination of dry utility scope, ensuring alignment with site development plans and schedules
- Act as the primary interface with utility companies and manage communications related to easements and utility access
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Utility Infrastructure Designer, Electrical Designer, or Power Engineer
- Strong knowledge of dry utility systems, including electrical and telecom infrastructure
- Familiarity with overhead and underground distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and utility drawings
- Hands-on experience working with utilities or engineering firms
