Utilities Maintenance Planner

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Utilities Operations, the full-time Utilities Maintenance Planner will focus on maintenance execution, data integrity in CMMS, and the planning and coordination of maintenance activities in Hillsboro, OR.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and facilities activities
• Maintain CMMS data integrity and perform necessary data corrections and updates
• Translate work notifications into detailed work plans that include technical information and resource estimates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and Utility Maintenance systems preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance organization with responsibilities for asset management or CMMS administration
• Working knowledge of CGMP related to equipment maintenance and calibration activities
• Manufacturing experience preferred
