Utilities Packet Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the successful transition of utility operations, the full-time Utilities Packet Lead will manage the collection and validation of utility-related documentation and ensure continuity of services for power generation, water production, and wastewater treatment in a remote role based in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of utility transition packets for Antarctic stations and field operations
• Coordinate the collection, review, and validation of utility-related documentation and operational data
• Facilitate communication between utility teams and transition personnel to support knowledge transfer activities

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in utilities, facilities operations, or related functions
• Experience managing and organizing technical documentation and records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
