Utilities Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilities to oversee the operations of the Resident Utility product.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, including hiring, training, and coaching
• Ensure team meets department metrics and KPIs while improving processes
• Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations and collaborate with various teams to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Basic understanding of utility provider billing and general accounting practices
• Initiative in developing new processes and training
• Ability to deliver quality results under strict deadlines
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
