Job Summary
Providing utility and invoice management services for a portfolio of clients, the full-time Utility Auditor will ensure accurate processing of community utility bills and individual resident invoices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process client utility invoice data accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies, communicating with utility providers and vendors as needed
- Perform system-generated audits on utility invoices and coordinate resolutions with clients and providers
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in utilities, accounts payable, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with property management or property management-related software is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
