Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Utility Billing Specialist will support utility billing services by processing client billing data, validating account information, and resolving discrepancies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain utility billing usage data within the company's software platform
• Review billing data for accuracy and compliance with client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot billing-related system issues

Required qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
• 2+ years of experience in utility billing, accounts receivable, or related operational support
• Experience with billing software, ERP systems, or SaaS platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy
• Familiarity with Customer Information Systems (CIS) or utility management platforms
