Job Summary

Supporting billing operations for utility vegetation management services, the full-time Utility Billing Specialist will generate accurate invoices, coordinate with field crews and utility clients, and ensure compliance with contract terms in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate invoices based on utility contracts and completed vegetation management services
• Review field data for billing accuracy and ensure compliance with utility contract requirements
• Coordinate with operations managers and field crews to verify completed work and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounting experience in a service or contract-based environment
• Strong understanding of contract billing and various pricing structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to analyze large datasets and reconcile discrepancies efficiently
