Utility Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure a seamless client onboarding experience, the full-time remote Utility Consultant will implement and configure utility solutions post-sale, aligning software with customer needs and providing expert consultation throughout the process.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead post-sale consulting engagements to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of utility products
• Configure software based on client workflows to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation, utility billing, or a related field
• Proficient in Google Suite and capable of learning new platforms quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt existing solutions to unique client needs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
