Utility Delivery Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Utility Delivery & Coordination, this role will manage utility coordination efforts for multiple data center development projects, ensuring timely achievement of energization milestones while serving as the primary liaison between project teams and utility providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead utility coordination across various data center projects and develop utility delivery plans
• Drive accountability for utility-related commitments and identify risks impacting project schedules
• Facilitate communication and updates with internal teams and external stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Energy Systems, Business, or a related field
• 8-15 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in utility or data center industries
• Experience managing utility interconnections and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of utility planning, construction, and energization processes
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
