Utility Design Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utility Design Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review utility Reports of Investigation in accordance with the Authority's Right-of-Way Manual
• Assess utility relocation alternatives and analyze impacts on scope, right-of-way, schedule, and cost
• Provide technical assistance on utility issues and represent the Utilities Team in meetings

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field and five years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling nine years
• 5-7 years of experience in land services/right-of-way field
• Knowledge of land rights related to utility facilities
• Experience in reviewing utility designs for compliance with standards
• Ability to interpret land rights and conduct title research
