Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utility Designer 2 in Make Ready Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize software to analyze field data and maintain records of utility infrastructure
• Design aerial and underground utilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and manage permitting processes

Required Qualifications

• High-school diploma with 2 years of industry experience or a Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Proficiency in CAD/Outside Plant Engineering design software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional certificates and licenses as needed
• Basic arithmetic computation skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Preferred: 2-4 years of prior experience in electric utility or telecommunications
