Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Utility Infrastructure Analysts, overseeing recruitment and technical training
  • Serve as the main contact for client regional leads, translating technical data into executive-level summaries
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve easement conflicts and enhance workflow processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in energy management, utility relations, or infrastructure advisory
  • Proven leadership skills in onboarding and developing technical staff
  • Advanced understanding of utility interconnection processes and large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing complex document systems across projects
  • Bachelor's degree in contracts, energy, or a related field preferred
