Utility Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Utility Rate and Property Operations teams, the full-time Utility Operations Analyst will process billing-related tickets, maintain property information, and assist with quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process prebill tickets and profile changes by established deadlines
- Track open tickets daily and take appropriate actions, including follow-up and closure
- Assist with training offshore team members and auditing their completed tickets
Required qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Accurate and efficient data-entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong basic math skills
