Job Summary

Supporting utility sales initiatives, the full-time remote Utility Sales Support will manage customer inquiries, assist in the preparation of sales proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to support sales efforts
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and documentation for utility projects

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in the utility sector
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of utility industry practices and regulations
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
