Job Summary
Focusing on the development of utility and interconnection strategies for complex projects, the remote Interconnection Strategy Lead will manage utility requirements, evaluate interconnection pathways, and design scalable workflows while supporting larger customer segments such as data centers and utilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead utility and interconnection strategy for large-load and utility-scale projects
- Evaluate site-specific interconnection pathways and identify risks affecting project viability
- Design and improve repeatable workflows for interconnection-related work in Jira
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of electric interconnection experience
- Experience with distributed generation and utility interconnection across energy projects
- Demonstrated ability to support complex interconnection pathways involving market participation
- Familiarity with larger-site or utility-scale project dynamics
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
