Utility Travel Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utility Travel Specialist to support their Vacation Travel team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backup coverage for Independent Contractors' corporate and leisure travel bookings
• Assist with travel bookings, invoicing, and general administrative tasks for designated Independent Contractors
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Independent Contractors and their clients

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 years of related experience or training
• Intermediate to high level of understanding of the Sabre GDS
• Intermediate to high level of proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Experience in booking and ticketing international air via GDS
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and contracts effectively
