Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments on data elements to evaluate integrity and compliance
• Perform audits and reviews of client records, providing feedback for process improvements
• Engage in product performance audits and support product innovation through medical record reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN)
• 5+ years of experience in utilization management and clinical documentation auditing
• Self-starter with a strong motivation to achieve success
• Highly organized with a focus on quality of work
