Utilization Management Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist in Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review utilization management requests for coverage
• Ensure compliance with State and/or Federal guidelines
• Support P&T process and develop clinical policies and utilization management programs

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Degree required, PharmD preferred
• 1-3+ years of managed care (PBM or health plan) prior authorization experience
• Pharmacist license in good standing in state of residence
• Available to work 40 hours/week
• Detail-oriented, intellectually and clinically curious, ability to lead projects and influence others
