Job Summary
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Intake Coordinator MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with social worker and/or care manager to develop action plans
- Gathering clinical information regarding cases and determining appropriate areas for referral
- Facilitating communication between various parties involved in patient care
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Human Service, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum two years' customer service/call center experience
- Experience in a Behavioral Health Care field preferred
- Experience with Medicare Advantage Utilization Management preferred
