Utilization Management Integration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Principal, Utilization Management Integrations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to define integration strategies aligning with health plan goals and product roadmaps
• Serve as the primary liaison for high-value payer accounts, managing escalations and driving product expansion
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure integration impact and program performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in utilization management, care management, or healthcare operations within a health plan or healthcare technology organization
• 4+ years of customer management experience in healthcare or health plan relations
• Strong understanding of health plan operations, systems integration, and interoperability
• Familiarity with AI technologies
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Gainsight, and Confluence
