Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, UM Regulatory Operations to join their Regulatory Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring collaboration and timely completion
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and developing metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret and apply evolving regulations within UM operations

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare Utilization Management operations or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance activities, including Mental Health Parity and market conduct exams
• 2+ years of experience in project management or process improvement initiatives
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory implementation and compliance
