Utilization Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Utilization Management in Medical Management, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Utilization Review Specialists and provide leadership for the Utilization Management staff
• Manage high-volume call center organization, data entry workflows, and administrative support
• Conduct member-facing training and support, including care coordination and telephonic outreach

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or equivalent education and experience
• 2 years of experience with managed care services and relevant healthcare regulations
• Experience in developing innovative partnerships and programs in healthcare
• Experience in cost stewardship using Lean principles or similar methods
• Demonstrated experience in project management and educational program development
