A healthcare organization is seeking a Utilization Management RN/LPN for a remote position in Naples, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing integrated healthcare services teams for care review and management
Facilitating regulatory compliance and implementing the Clinical Model
Managing team performance, providing coaching, and promoting collaboration

Required Qualifications:

RN, LVN/LPN, or Bachelor's/Masters in Nursing or related field
5+ years in managed healthcare with 3+ years in utilization management
Minimum 2 years of healthcare supervisory/managerial experience
3+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
CCM, CPHM, CPHQ, or other relevant healthcare certification preferred
