Job Summary
A company is looking for a Utilization Review Clinician - Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess mental health and substance abuse care
- Perform prior authorization reviews and concurrent reviews of behavioral health services
- Analyze member data, provide education, and engage with healthcare providers to improve care quality
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience
- License to practice independently and state-required licensure
- Master's degree for behavioral health clinicians
- Clinical knowledge in mental health and substance abuse treatment plans
- Specific licensure such as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN
