Utilization Review Coordinator

Job Summary

To provide excellent customer service and internal support, the full-time Utilization Review Coordinator will access, triage, and assign cases for utilization review while working remotely in a stable and consistent environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accesses, triages, and assigns cases for utilization review
• Responds to telephone inquiries, providing accurate information and triage as necessary
• Enters demographics and UR information into claims or clinical management systems while maintaining data integrity

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Clerical or customer service experience preferred
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
