Utilization Review Coordinator

Job Summary

To provide excellent customer service and internal support, the full-time Utilization Review Coordinator will access and triage cases, respond to inquiries, and maintain data integrity in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accesses, triages, and assigns cases for utilization review (UR)
• Responds to telephone inquiries, providing accurate information and triaging as necessary
• Enters demographics and UR information into claims or clinical management systems, maintaining data integrity

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Clerical or customer service experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
• Organizational skills required
