Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing accurate information regarding the pre-certification process
- Review and manage service requests efficiently, involving the appropriate department as needed
- Perform data entry, maintain documentation, compile reports, and meet productivity and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field
- Prior experience in customer service and/or medical background
- Prior insurance and/or claims background
- Experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
