Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Intake Specialist (PST hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing accurate information regarding the pre-certification process
  • Review and manage service requests efficiently, involving the appropriate department as needed
  • Perform data entry, maintain documentation, compile reports, and meet productivity and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or medical background
  • Prior insurance and/or claims background
  • Experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
