Utilization Review Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist in Utilization Review for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and track approvals, denials, and additional information requests from third party payers
- Manage the time-sensitive authorization tracking and resolution process within the EMR
- Support the centralized Utilization Review team in achieving departmental outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare
- Working knowledge of computers and software systems
- Experience working in Epic preferred
