UX and Web Designer

Job Summary

Owning the visual and experiential identity of the company, the full-time remote Designer will elevate the website and UX, focusing on improving customer engagement and conversion through effective design and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the website, including information architecture, visual design, and conversion optimization
• Lead UX design for the product, conducting user research and usability testing to create intuitive interfaces
• Build and maintain a design system that scales across web, product, and marketing surfaces while stewarding the brand's visual identity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in web, product/UX, and brand
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped website work and product UX
• Expert-level fluency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools and modern web design patterns
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and design handoff processes to engineering
• Excellent attention to detail and a high quality bar
