UX Content Designer

Job Summary

UX Content Conversation Designer, this is a contract position focused on transforming legacy internal systems into modern, user-centered tools, requiring collaboration with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to create high-fidelity designs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive user experiences for internal tools supporting service workflows
• Translate legacy system functionality into streamlined, user-centered designs
• Deliver high-fidelity UX/UI designs ready for development handoff and contribute to enterprise design systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across complex or enterprise applications
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems (Figma preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver development-ready designs with clear interaction details
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments
