UX Content Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the UX Content Conversation Designer will design modern, user-centered internal tools for Member Service Representatives, transitioning from legacy systems to scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives
• Translate legacy system functionality into streamlined, user-centered workflows and interfaces
• Create high-fidelity UX and UI designs ready for development handoff and contribute to the enterprise design system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design, or product design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across complex or enterprise applications
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems (Figma preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver development-ready designs with clear interaction specifications
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in Agile environments
