UX Content Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely for a duration of 6+ months, the UX Content Strategist will develop a shared UX strategy, create engaging digital content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX content strategy in collaboration with design, research, and product teams
• Create and ensure consistency in on-brand digital content across various platforms, focusing on user engagement and positive outcomes
• Lead the content revision process by communicating strategies clearly and collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to UX Content Strategy, such as Business Communications or Creative Writing
• 1-2 years of experience in UX writing/editing for mobile app-based products
• Strong understanding of content strategy frameworks and UX design principles
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Miro
• Basic project management skills and experience in an agile software development environment
