UX Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth platform, the remote UX Copywriter will create clear and concise product copy for various user interactions, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to enhance user understanding and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write product copy for onboarding, navigation, forms, and other user interactions to ensure clarity and usability
• Collaborate with designers to improve information architecture and solve product problems through language
• Develop content guidelines and reusable patterns to maintain consistency across the platform

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role in digital products
• A portfolio showcasing writing that addresses product and user experience challenges
• Strong understanding of interaction design, user flows, and user-centered design principles
• Experience collaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers
• Ability to work in design tools like Figma and adapt voice and tone based on context
