UX Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Data Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis using Google Analytics and Shopify to understand user interactions on the website
• Perform journey mapping and funnel analysis to improve user flow and reduce abandonment rates
• Collaborate with developers for event tagging and maintain an A/B Testing program to enhance website performance

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce
• Understanding of quantitative data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
• Expertise in Google Analytics and the Shopify ecosystem
• Knowledge of best practices for user-centered design and design thinking strategies
• Experience working across functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
