UX Design Contractor
Job Summary
To support the modernization of internal tools for Member Service Representatives, the remote UX Design Contractor will design user-centered interfaces, translate legacy systems into efficient workflows, and develop high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for internal operational tools
- Translate legacy system functionalities into efficient, user-centered workflows
- Develop high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes ready for development handoff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, especially for enterprise applications
- Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design, including high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience working with design systems and tools like Figma
- Ability to create development-ready designs with detailed interaction specifications
- Strong collaboration experience in Agile environments with engineering teams
