UX Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Design Director to shape the player experience for a competitive game title.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision for key areas of the game, focusing on Live Service and Meta Systems
• Contribute hands-on to UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation
• Build and lead a team of UX Designers while ensuring high-quality player experiences through collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in UX design for games, particularly in systems and live service
• Proven ability to define and deliver UX vision from concept through live operations
• Hands-on expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Production teams
• Experience leading or mentoring UX designers to improve team output and quality
