UX Design Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end user experience, the full-time remote UX Design Engineer will focus on user research, design solutions, and implementation, ensuring that the product is not only functional but also delightful for technical users.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and friction in the product experience
- Rapidly prototype interaction alternatives and iterate on UX flows using Figma or code
- Collaborate with engineers to implement design improvements and validate changes through usability testing
Required qualifications
- Engineering background, such as experience as a frontend developer or an engineering degree
- Experience working on complex tools (e.g., dev tools, data tools, B2B SaaS) where UX is critical
- Proven track record of improving products through UX refinement
- Familiarity with design systems and animation libraries
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and creating user flows
