UX Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Strategy / UX Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement UX research, testing, and design strategies
• Create and facilitate workshops to achieve consensus and promote understanding among client teams
• Translate user insights into design concepts, including user personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency
• Complete familiarity and expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
• Ability to lead projects with some oversight from a Director-level UX practitioner
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems
• Experience with wellness, medical, or healthcare organizations is a plus
