UX Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Design Lead to establish and own the user experience function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the first UX function, including design standards and scalable design systems
• Lead the full UX process from discovery to final UI assets, ensuring clarity in threat intelligence dashboards
• Conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve usability and advocate for UX principles

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in UX and product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Experience with complex technical workflows and data/analytics products
• Ability to operate independently and build structure in a new design function
• Strong executive communication skills to advocate for design decisions
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
